I joined Bonafero because I was tired of watching thoughtful travellers get treated like a sale to close, not a person to look after. We deserve service that is unhurried, intelligent, and honest about what it does and doesn’t know.
Here is the shape of the deal: I’ll learn your tastes, your tolerances, your dietary notes, your family contacts. I’ll plan something well-paced and beautiful. If something goes sideways — and on a long enough timeline, something always does — I’m awake at any hour.
